I've been pleasantly surprised the last few times I've been here. The food has always been good, and now the customer service is too. I've had 3 different people at drive-thru and all have been pleasant and offered good customer service.
Good evening I would love to be the first to acknowledge this young lady that worked the drive-through AND THE FRONT LOBBY by the name of LAKISHA SHE TOOK CONTROL OF BOTH STATIONS . She’s very polite and courteous. She has a very infectious smile that can turn a bad day into a good day. I look forward to seeing her at the drive-through window each and every time that I come to golden chick, I know I will leave golden chick one happy customer along with eating great food.
I stopped in to grab a hold me over mean on Father's Day and the service was great. Both guys working were a breath of fresh air with such politeness. I've never had a good experience at this location before but was in the area and needed a quick bit. Their service was greatly appreciated. I can't recall their names, Tate maybe was one but my apologies for not remembering the names, not my best at that.

I went through the drive thru and it was moving just a little slow and there was a lot of young people working there so I thought surely something would be messed up unto my pleasent SUPRISE...
